Building Integrated Photovoltaic Roofing Power Generation System

The building integrated photovoltaic roofing power generation system developed and rolled out by Sunny Energy has made it a reality to build the roofing with solar panels. With an extremely stable installation structure, the solar panel has a long service life. The overall structure is light, material saving and is easier to install, dismount and repair and can totally replace traditional roofing of industrial plants. The product has successively won one project approval from National Technology Innovation Foundation and two project approvals for industrialization demonstration of National Torch Program. Its core technologies have successively won over 20 national invention patents and utility patents. The product has passed the expert appraisal of the Scientific Achievement Evaluation Committee of China Association of Architectural Metal Structure and won an " appraisal certificate for industrial scientific achievements" and the product's technologies have reached the leading level domestically. The product has also been included in the National Guideline for Photovoltaic Applications in Construction, which is currently a mature and leading building photovoltaic solution for industrial plants in China.

The product is applicable to: 1. The roofing of newly built industrial plants need not color steel tiles but can be directly installed with BIPV roofing power generation system; 2. The roofing of industrial plants whose color steel tiles need to be replaced for expiry of their service life need not change the original structural design of the plant and does not require extra roofing bearing, but can directly be replaced with BIPV roofing. Thus far, Sunny Energy has undertaken the building of several BIPV roofing power generation system projects at home and abroad, including the 5MW BIPV roofing power generation system of NBOND Nonwovens of Hangzhou, 5MW BIPV roofing power generation system of Five Star Aluminum of Hangzhou, 1MW BIPV roofing power generation system of Hangzhou Hangwan Automobile, 540KW BIPV roofing power generation system of Zhejiang Jinbei, 300KW BIPV roofing power generation system of Hangzhou Sunny Energy, and 1MW Farm BIPV roofing power generation system of Hawaii of the US, etc.
